GSM (Global System for Mobile communication) is a real worldwide standard, meanwhile networks are installed in more than 150 countries all over the world using GSM in different frequency bands. From a technical point of view the different GSM versions in each band are very similar.
In this two day seminar the special technical features of the mobile networks will be presented. Furthermore it focuses on the transmission technique via the radio interface.
